01. 30-Day Guarantee

At S. Same Ships Suppliers (legal entity SAME SHIPS SUPPLIERS S L LTD, Company number 16319162), we have a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with original seals intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

02. Starting a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at info@sameshipssuppliers.ltd. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our headquarters at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

03. Direct Fulfillment & Shipping Model

To offer you an extensive, high-quality catalog of premium tea products without extreme markups, we operate on a direct-to-consumer dropshipping model. This means that when you place an order, the items are processed and shipped directly from our carefully vetted international production partners and global warehouse facilities, rather than from our London headquarters.

Because packages cross international borders, shipping times are generally longer than standard domestic delivery. Please review the estimated shipping timeframes provided at checkout. Customs processing may occasionally cause unforeseen delays beyond our control.

04. Multiple Shipments

Since we source different tea varieties and tea accessories from various specialized facilities within our global network, your items may be dispatched separately. If you order multiple items and receive a package missing part of your order, please do not worry. The rest of your items are on their way and will arrive in separate packages, often with their own individual tracking numbers.

05. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. For our premium tea products, please check the outer packaging and seals immediately upon delivery. Do not open the inner protective packaging or break the freshness seals if you intend to report an issue with the outer packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For strict health and hygiene reasons, perishable goods, including food items and tea products that have been opened, unsealed, or consumed, cannot be returned.

Sale Items & Gifts

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items, promotional bundles, or digital gift cards.

06. UK 14-Day Rights

Since our business is registered in the United Kingdom, we honor the UK 14-day cooling-off period for distance selling. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item remains in its original, sealed, and unhandled condition.

07. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our London office, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
