Shipping policy

01. Order Processing

Thank you for shopping at S. Same Ships Suppliers. All orders are subject to a processing time of 1 to 3 business days before they are dispatched from our global fulfillment network. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your premium tea products and accessories have been shipped.

02. Direct Fulfillment & Shipping Times

We operate on a direct-to-consumer dropshipping model. By shipping directly from our carefully vetted international production partners and warehouses, rather than from our headquarters at 86-90 Paul Street, London, we minimize warehousing costs and ensure you get an extensive catalog of products without extreme markups.

Because packages cross international borders, standard delivery generally takes between 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen customs delays.

03. Multiple Shipments

Since we source different tea varieties and tea accessories from various specialized facilities within our global network, your items may be dispatched separately to expedite shipping. If you receive a package that does not contain your entire order, please do not worry. The remaining items are on their way and will arrive in separate packages, often with their own individual tracking numbers.

Customs & Duties

SAME SHIPS SUPPLIERS S L LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

04. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
